Our goal is to help you build the first seven figures of your net worth. Our aim is to create 1,000 new millionaires through business, real estate, and financial literacy. Will you be one of them?
Driven Life Academy is run by a working broker and business owner, not an educator. Dean Scarlett invests in real estate and buys businesses, and you get the systems he uses on his own deals.
Licensed broker and brokerage owner. Buying businesses since 2017. Coaching across the United States.
Done-with-you real estate investment coaching.
A full curriculum, weekly group calls and 1-on-1 coaching, plus in-person trainings and networking events.
Buy a business instead of starting one.
Coaching through buying an existing business: search, diligence, deal structure, financing, and the first ninety days as owner. Dean bought his first business in 2017 and owns several today.
I don't teach real estate from a whiteboard. I do it every day. I own my own brokerage and actively invest in fix-and-flips, long-term holds, and commercial office and retail.
Ten years ago I set out to stop trading time for money. Along the way I learned that the people who win in real estate are not the smartest or the richest. They are the ones with the right roadmap, real mentorship, and a community that will not let them quit.
So I built Driven Life Academy to hand driven, high-income earners exactly that, with the software I use on my own deals included.

With the first win behind you, we help you add deals, grow equity and build the portfolio that changes what your income has to do for you.
We work with you until you build your first $1,000,000 in real estate net worth. And we are confident enough in the deals we guide you to that we guarantee you will be pleased with your first investment, or we will buy it off you. You bring the drive and do the work. We bring the roadmap, the mentorship, the community and the accountability.
$1,000,000 is the goal we work toward with you. It is a target, not an average result or a promise of returns.
“Dean Scarlett's videos have definitely helped me with my perspective on entrepreneurship. I've always had a business-type of mindset, but his videos have really shaped that mindset for the better. His videos are just overall great, they're easy to understand, and I had a blast going through the program and definitely sharpening my mindset of being an entrepreneur.”

“I have known Dean for over a decade, and he has always been the most driven individual I know. He has had his fair share of business ideas fail but always uses it to learn and adapt for his next venture. Whenever I need advice about my professional goals he is THE FIRST person I go to, and every time I chat with him I walk away feeling better prepared for my next step and more confident in my direction.”

“Before I found Driven Life Academy, I felt stuck. I was working hard but not really moving forward, personally or professionally. The content, mindset lessons, and guidance I received helped me become more focused, more intentional, and more confident in the way I handle my time, money, and daily habits. It made me think bigger and act with more purpose. I've grown so much, not just in my career but also in how I see myself. DLA reminded me that growth takes work, but with the right help and drive, it's definitely possible.”
You already have the income and the drive. What has been missing is the roadmap, the mentorship and a room of people doing the same thing. See how the Academy works, and book a call when you are ready to map your next step.
No pressure and no obligation.
